Ingredients: soybeans oil, black capsule shell [gelatin, humectant (glycerol), water, colour (E172)], milk thistle seeds extract (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertner; 80% silymarin), L-ornithine hydrochloride, soy lecithin (35% phosphatidylcholine), anti-caking agent (E551), L-methionine, L-glutathione, inositol, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule three times a day, drink with water.
