Each dose of Tri Creatine Malate contains 4500 mg of tricreatine malate. Tricreatine malate is a compound of three creatine molecules attached to a malic acid molecule. The bond is broken by stomach acid, which releases pure creatine and then absorbs it. Creatine increases physical performance during short, sequential, high-intensity exercise.
