Ingredients (frozen fruit massage): L-glutamine, acidity regulators (E330, E296), flavourings, anti-caking agent (E551), red beet juice concentrate, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), colour (E160a).

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (5 g) with 150 ml of water. Drink 1 portion immediately after workout.
