Peaceful Planet Super Spirulina Protein Shake contains 25 grams of soy protein per serving and is very low in fat. **Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 25 grams of soy protein a day may reduce the risk of heart disease. Peaceful Planet Super Spirulina Protein Shake is made from certified* non-genetically modified soybean seed (no DNA from any other species). Peaceful Planet soy protein has the highest Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS), indicating the most nutritious balance of amino acids obtainable. It is extracted with water (not alcohol), which results in the retention of the naturally occurring isoflavones genistein, daidzein and glycitein.

Suggested Use
Add 1 scoop (30.5 g) of unsweetened powder to 8 oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage, then mix, shake (15 seconds) or blend in a blender. Create your own flavor sensation with fruit juice, soy or rice beverage, fresh or frozen fruit, or your favorite sweetener. May be used in cooking or baking. (Will change food color).
