Directions For Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 1 scoop in 8-10oz. of water and consume 30 minutes before activity or workout. Do not exceed 2 scoops within a 24 hour period. Advanced athletes should mix 2 scoops in 10-12oz.of water and cosume 30 minutes before workout.
