And BCAAs are not the only types of amino acids you get in this product: it also contains L-arginine and glutamine. The niacin, vitamin B6, magnesium and iron in the product contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The magnesium content of Crea Zero contributes to normal muscle function.
The product formula also includes compounds like citrate, pyruvate and fumarate compounds yielded by metabolic processes.

Recommended use
Mix 1 serving (8g or 2 level scoops / 2 heaped teaspoons) of drink powder with at least 300ml water. Consume 2 servings on training days, 15 minutes before the session. Consume 2 servings on non-training days.
