Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (15g) with 10-14 oz of cold water . On Training day, consume 1 scoop during execrise and 1 scoop after. On non-training days, consume 2 scoops throughout the day. For best results, use 2 servings per day.
